[Vtigercrm-developers] Asian characters

[SIAM Translations]

I cant see Asian characters in mail manager (issue raised before). As the
same in Roundcube and other clients show correctly I believe it is vtiger
decoding issue. Previously IMAP pulled from gmail now from dovecot. The
same story.
Any clue?
