[Vtigercrm-developers] Does user can assign records to this admin or any other higher role user in Private (Sharing Access)

Hi,
Changed the sharing access to private to all modules. Now I want the users
to assign record to his superior or admin (any one user who is superior to
him).
Is this possible ? If not, any way to do so. Please advice
