[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflows and localhost

[SIAM Translations]

Get various workflows set to send emails  Some are executed when webform is
filled-up (those are working well). and some should start when records are
changing in back end. Workflows triggered in crm not sending emails. When
outgoing is set to gmail or whatever smpt it is OK but not localhost.
