[Vtigercrm-developers] Javascript Error vt61

I've noticed (and mentioned before) under several different conditions, 
that when there is an error somewhere in the main area of the vtiger 
screen, all the right hand drop down menus along the top (from the All 
Menu right) stop working.

This really should be sorted. It occurs under many different errors - 
something to do with a Javascript library crash I think.
