There have been quite a few discussions on this list recently about 
migration issues.

Please look at those discussions and check your system to see if you 
have any of the problems already reported; such as (but not limited too),

* Duplicate fields/blocks,
* Calendar tables and fields not created,
* Webform fields not created,
* Modules not upgraded correctly,

I think it is going to be almost impossible for someone to remotely 
diagnose your problem based on a few short comments or log traces on email.

If the migration script stopped too early (almost certainly likely as 
you are on a shared host which aggressively restricts script run times) 
you need to work out where the script finished and then continue from 
that point. Or take a copy of the crm & database and go through the 
migration on a self-hosted server where you can monitor it carefully.

If you can't do yourself it there are plenty of developers on here who 
could probably help you but I'm sure most would expect to charge you an 
hourly rate to do it.
