Ours send out ok and the access count looks like it is working correctly. Are you sure the mail is being sent? Set yourself as the BCC and see if it is actually going out.

I guess email sent using workflows? It not works here too. Actually access count works when you send email manually but email sent via workflows keeps "0" all time.
Anyone knows fix?
