[Vtigercrm-developers] Exported modules

I created in instance converted from 6.0 to 6.1 basic module (using
console.php)
Once I exported this module I am unable to install it in other clean
instance of 6.1
Using console.php from newly installed 6.1 bringing error in new crated
module: Permission to perform the operation is denied for name
I installed another vtiger 6.1 and have the same result. Looks for me that
creating modules in 6.1 is not possible. Is it only my case?
