[Vtigercrm-developers] Custom skins

Different from 6.0: when I duplicate and modify a skin, I can not select it in the admin, nor does it gets loaded when set as default in de config.inc

Is this a bug or a feature?

I liked to have this option to keep my customization outside the normal update routines.

I am also not overly happy to see the color picker voor everybody in the top bar. I like to set and keep one skin for all users.
May be make this something that can be switched off by admins?
