Correct. In fact you would see yourself forced to change the license on
the whole product and make it GPL. In fact that is what may be happening
to your own integrated roundcube extension....
Another option would be that vtiger changed the license to support dual
licensing, then, with a LOT of care and conditions, you could have both
together. It is a REALLY tricky thing and I think vtiger does correctly
in staying away from the problems, albeit the inconveniences....
