[Vtigercrm-developers] Backup Vtiger 6 and restore

Is there some manual for backup  and restore?

No mather what I try, I can't get my migrates Vtiger 6 working.
I moved it from hosting x to hosting y.

First try:
Copy the compete content from hosting x to y and changed the config file.
This got me ended up with a lot of error messages.

Second try
Fresh install of Vtiger 6
Restored my database 
Changed the config file
Now I receive the error message  "Sorry! Attempt to access restricted file."
