[Vtigercrm-developers] Webform to create contacts?

PS:  Have anyone figured out how to created contacts from emails?

Ie., if the Mailmanager receives an email that should be assigned to a
contact that does not exists, then vtiger should/could create the Contact
and/or Organization?
