[Vtigercrm-developers] VT6 Import Leads "Assigned To"?

Had a question from a new customer about why when she imports Leads from 
a csv the assigned to is always admin.

In her csv she had the user's "first+' '+lastname" in the column so I 
replaced that with the user's username, but it still assigns everything 
to Administrator?

I'm sure this worked in 5.4.0 - can someone check and confirm or deny of 
this is working?
