[Vtigercrm-developers] filters dependent on user

Still learning vtiger and now I found that it will be gorgeous to have
filters which can be permanently assigned to user.
I Have situation where I want to show documents to different users but it
will be up to the keywords which document contains.
To limit documents visibility I can assign one document to 1 user, but the
same document might also contains information which will suit to another
user.
Not good to show all documents to both users but only those which contains
set of mentioned keywords assigned to particular user.
How to achieve similar  result?.
