[Vtigercrm-developers] what are the things in /pkg/vtiger/modules?

There are some modules in pgk/vtiger/modules that don't appear to be in 
the modules directory.

Assets
Mobile
Projects (Project is a module, but Projects isn't)
ConfigEditor (also requires Smarty_setup.php which doesn't exist)
Tooltip (also requires Smarty_setup.php which doesn't exist)
CronTasks (also requires Smarty_setup.php which doesn't exist)

should these modules be available to install or are they deprecated 
stuff from older versions or something?
