[Vtigercrm-developers] blank line above doctype

there are some blank lines on line 12 of these files
        ListViewPreProcess.tpl
        IndexViewPreProcess.tpl
        DetailViewPreProcess.tpl
        UI5EmbedView.tpl
which come before the header gets pushed out so the <doctype> 
declaration is on line2 instead of line 1, which is probably going to 
cause some weird error in something at some stage.
