[Vtigercrm-developers] No new projects

TO follow up on my own message:

Checked the sharing_privileges_x.php files and for the CEO roles some are empty.
Checked the  user_privileges_x.php files and for the CEO roles all seems OK. The role is set to H2

When I create a new role directly from the organization and set the levels directly to view and edit all, everything remains the same. OF course the code changes to H6 in my case.
Can find it back in the DB tables. But again, setting the privileges directly to all view and all edit, still does not let me create projects etc.

Latest release v164:

Changed the CEO role name to something else but kept the admin profile the same.
Suddenly I can’t create new Projects. I have checked on other installs with the default group and profile names and there are no issues.

Looking at the privilege settings it is all green and good for editing and adding.
Even if I change the settings directly, it all show the right rights, just the new button is not there.
Forcing the URL to &view=Edit it states access denied so clearly the ACL is not corresponding the the CRM settings.

What could cause this issue?
