[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger cron - more frequent than 15 mins?

Will this mess up the server, or is it fine to do so?

(and will this allow me to fire of ie. events more frequently? ie. lets say
I want to send an email 5 mins after a lead is signed up, and then again 10
mins later?)
