[Vtigercrm-developers] $ in email templates

[Siam Translations LLP]

If I stick in email template content character $ it breaking all fields
settled in template
issuing output like:
$users-first_name$ $users-last_name$
$users-title$

I understand that $ is reserved but maybe there is a way to reserve only
combination of $xxx$ - opening and closing to let us use single $ ?
