Hi, I am running some tests on the vtiger 6 envirioment and have run into the following issues.

 

1.       Email converter doesn’t create tickets.

The email coverter is setup, and when run (every 15 minutes from a cron job) the emails are set as read, but no tickets are created.

2.       Sales order won’t create recurring invoices

I have set a sales order with enabled recurring every month, but no invoices are created.
