[Vtigercrm-developers] Cron jobs

Hi, I am searching for over 3 days now for the following.

 

Mail converter is configured, but I cannot select folders (as described in
wiki). https://wiki.vtiger.com/vtiger6/index.php/Mail_Converter

 

Available settings:



 

After configuring setting that are available.

 



 

There are 3 emails in the configured box, but they are not converted to
tickets.
