[Vtigercrm-developers] Import max upload size limit

Hi,

Vtiger has import file size upload limited in code to 3MB, changing
variable $upload_maxsize doesn't help.

If anyone would want to import files bigger than 3MB I have reported error
in vtiger track along with small fix.
