[Vtigercrm-developers] Public Reports in 6?

Alan,

Records of the module are guarded by role-based sharing access, having
additional sharing rules on Report was adding complexity in administration
(specially when it was across two or more modules) - leading to confusion
at times when sharing access was mixed.

To eliminate this Report access was made public but records display
continues to be under role-based sharing access.
