[Vtigercrm-developers] Disabling import export

Hi

I added in manifest.xml exclusion of imports and exports but after
installing module I can import and export records, how I can disable this
in vtiger 6?

example manifest.xml:

<name><![CDATA[Import]]>
</name>
<status>disabled</status>

<name><![CDATA[Export]]>
</name>
<status>disabled</status>
