[Vtigercrm-developers] Additional modules

Here it is.

It is just a small edited helpdesk module.

The “Hours” block is added using vtiger “Field and layout editor”

The same for Field “cf_703”

Field “Test05” was added by the moduledesigner.

After adding this field the error page appears.

I have removed the old files and replaced them with the files you sended to
me.

Still no added blocks are available in the details ticket screen.

After adding a new text field the same error appears.

Do I need to add fields to the vtiger_helpdesk or vtiger_helpdeskcf?

Both tables are empty.

Hello,

In fact there is problems with vtilb files (vtlib/Vtiger/PackageImport.php,
vtlib/Vtiger/PackageExport.php and vtlib/Vtiger/PackageUpdate.php). These
files are not complete.

I noticed PackageUpdate.php does not allow neither to delete fields and
blocks nor to update the default filter (in ListView), but the answer was to
use vtlib to do this (I think it is not the best solution!).

Your problem is due to PackageUpdate.php which didn't create the new column
in the database (vtiger_yourModuleName). You have to create it manually.

You can use attached files. They are not complete but they fix several bugs.

This is what I do:

Load the Helpdesk Module, and set a version number.

Add a Block named Hours

Add a text area to the Block

Hit the button Make and install the module

Open ticket list.

Open a ticket

I can make all changes, like adding the block and change language.

But when I add a field, this error pops up.

Also I am unable te remove the field or block.

If I delete the block and hit, make and install the module, it seems to have
updated it, but when I open the module again in the Moduledesigner the
fields and blocks are still there.

Hi Jonathan, 

I am creating modules now, but when I try to add a new record to the new
module and hit save I receive a message from internet explorer if I want top
open, save or cancel index.php.

Am I doing something wrong here?
