I would argue the result from brandochecketts indicates your MTA is not configured correctly

Try sending an email to brandochecketts from the commandline. If that does work. Then make sure vtiger is using the correct SMPT settings

Good to know... my DKIM is set properly on the server level but when diverting workflow email to: http://www.brandonchecketts.com/emailtest.php it shows that DKIM signature is not attached.

DKIM is not done at the application level

DKIM is done at the MTA level (Mail Transport Agent) an example of an MTA is Exim

If you need your mail sent with DKIM or SPF you will need to discuss it with your hosting service provider

This kind of emails usually end up in spam - DKIM can improve delivery
