[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflow Sending Email isn't triggered

We have a problem with a workflow which is not triggered. The problem seems
to be known, but we didn't found a proper solution
till now. Here it comes: When a certain condition is fulfilled (download
count has changed) an email should be sent. Sending emails from within
vtiger is working, but together with the worklflow it's not working.
Does anybody know this problem and has proposals for solution? (we are using
vtiger 6.1)
