Hi

I've noticed on two recent VT6 installations several of the currency 
symbols are getting prefixed with "Â".

This, apparently, is usually caused when converting from 8859-1 to utf8 
then viewing the converted characters in 8859-1.

Now as far as I can tell everything here is UTF-8...

I've removed the offending "Â" from the database wherever there was a 
"£" but it's still showing on-screen in vtiger.

Anyone else noticing this?
