[Vtigercrm-developers] Can not install the vtiger 6 rev. 13883

Boris,

Thanks for the notifying us, we have fixed the issue. You can check out the
latest from the trac.

Failing Scenario : You have already created a database and just want to
connect vtiger to it.

Reason : missing API that was checking if the database has utf8 support.
