Thanks Prasad,

The client came to use with vtiger 6 setup and had already begun using it -
I advised against using it as it was only in beta. They decided to continue
to due to customisations they had already made .

So to confirm:

The Mail manager
Outgoing server
Mail converter 

Are not yet implemented into vtiger 6?
