As mentioned here and elsewhere, Vtiger 6 is in beta and its an adventurous client and consultant who dare to try it in production.

The features you seek are WIP and we should be looking forward to RC and shortly thereafter, the GA release.

In the meanwhile, have the client experience the CRM from a sandbox perspective.
