[Vtigercrm-developers] Getting related lists

Hi Community,

I know how to do things like this:

$curr_acc = new Accounts();

 $curr_acc->retrieve_entity_info($id,Accounts");   

to get the current account. But, there is some method to get related
modules? And records related to the account?
