[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger 6 Update - Jul 2013

I installed the svn files and tried to install. Viewer.php would not budge
till i indulged it either with 777 or I chown'ed to web-root ( the APO at
my end)

Either way, the folder was needed to create the Smarty files.

Prasad, there should be some way, where the install process doesnt get held
up for permissions on test
