[Vtigercrm-developers] About update and installer mannifest for Entity Module

I have create a module, but I change something in the custom picklist, 
not update.

Ani body have a good tutorial for create a correct secuence for create 
manifest.xml, and correct preupgade, install upgrade, etc process??
