Salim,

It does not matter if you are using vtiger6, custom date field should work
as any normal date field. Unless you have any specific
requirement with your date field. Line 98 in EditViewBlocks calls Date.php
& Date.tpl to display fields.
We are yet to provide support for datetime fields in vtiger6.
