[Vtigercrm-developers] Customizing List View

Hello All,

    I need to customize the list view of leads module.I need the 
following things ,

  1. I need to concatinate first name and last name and it should be 
shown under Name column.

  2. I need to separate various phone numbers using "/" and it should be 
displayed like "Phone1/Phone2/Phone3" under the same format column.

Please guide me over this solution.I am a new bie to this vtiger.
