[Vtigercrm-developers] Country, State, District, City Dependent Pick list

Hi,
Did anyone tried to mange to setup a dependent pick list
for Country,State,District,City?. i think we can set up via
vTiger Dependent Pick-list
but Its too much time consuming and very difficult to do. Is there any
extension module or something for that.?
i have working code for that in PHP,JS, If i go with programming. where
should i look at?.
