[Vtigercrm-developers] RC Install ERROR!

It was a vanilla out of the box version. 
Only php.ini changes as needed by vtiger. 

Ditto for Wamp and ubuntu.

I will send you the php.ini versions for you comparison, once I am at my desk. 

It must be some small item, and I am as curious as anyone to get to the bottom of it.
