I've noted a few comments regarding the [IMHO] regressions in Listview 
page handling before and I've just noticed another...

There have been a number of UX changes made to VT6 which make it less 
easy to use and less intuitive.

There are no back and forward page buttons at the *bottom* of the list.

In the UK we read from left to right, top to bottom; it's very common to 
get to the bottom of a page and want to click "next". In 5.4.0 we can do 
that. In 6 we can't.
