"Its not working..." is not a very helpful description of the problem to 
allow anyone to to help you diagnose the issue.

There is a suggested fix for the reporter's problem in that ticket. Have 
you tried it?

But we use Workflows all the time and have not had a problem with any of 
the trigger conditions.

Try sharing more about the exact nature of the problem, your 
configuration, error logs etc...
