[Vtigercrm-developers] Outlook plugin and timezone

I noticed that if you use the vtiger outlook plugin and your client have a
timezone different than utc outlook client will function in utc timezone..
I searched the source code of the last version of the plugin(2.2) to fix
the problem but I didn't find it..where I find the source code? Thanks..
