[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflow Task Issue

hello ,
how are you today ,
my requirements is wokflow management via task scheduling. every modified
or save inquiry to send email. i am using vtiger 5.3 instance
i have configure cron in server. .sh command working fine. but workflow
doesn't send email assigned user

please help me regarding this issue
