I hope you mean submitted tickets on trac.vtiger.com,
You can submit the patches for the tickets as attachments and with
reference to latest trunk.

Our team is focused on 6.0 development (which is a major UI refactoring)
we shall get back on reviewing the contributions (patch submissions) and
update the ticket accordingly.

Let me know if you have difficulty in submitting the patch.
