[Vtigercrm-developers] New cron management in 5.4.0

I've recently upgraded a customer from 5.3.0 to 5.4.0 and the 
SendReminder function seems to have stopped working - nothing obvious in 
the logs... I will keep digging but in the meantime, can someone please 
explain how the new cron scheduler system is supposed to work in the 
scenario below? Thanks.
