[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflow editor - Failure:[object Object]

I have just upgraded one of our CRM's from an older 5.2.0 version to 
5.4.0, all went well until I tried to access to workflow editor, on this 
page ( 
/index.php?module=com_vtiger_workflow&action=editworkflow&workflow_id=1&return_url=%2Findex.php%3Fmodule%3Dcom_vtiger_workflow%26action%3Dworkflowlist%26parenttab%3DSettings 
) I was given the following error:

> Failure:[object Object]

When I debugged further I found that the system was throwing an access 
denied error from the file include/Webservices/DescribeObject.php

I am unable to locate any solution to this issue for myself so far, so 
hoped one of you may have had a similar issue and would know a solution 
for me.
