As mentioned earlier - here's a British English language pack for the 
5.3.0RC.

PS: One file gets skipped during the module install (Copying file 
include/ckeditor/lang/en-gb.js ... SKIPPED). Although there is already a 
"en-gb" lang pack included in the ckeditor it contains a few spelling 
mistakes "color" instead of "colour". As this file doesn't get installed 
by the module manager it should probably be rolled into the core product 
IMHO.
