[Vtigercrm-developers] Release_Notes.html and README.txt

Hi guys,

What is the point of these two files in the source tree?

The last update in the README.txt was on Sep 15, 2005!

The Release_Notes.html was March 10, 2008.

Why not just remove them? They are no use to anyone.

Just a thought.

PS - Whilst on the subject, I have never needed to use what is contained 
in DEPENDENCIES.txt either.
