[Vtigercrm-developers] iPhone "signing" app?

Hi chaps,

I've recently spoken with a prospect that wants to use the 
helpdesk/customer portal features of vtiger...

One thing he *really* needs is for his customer to "sign" that a 
visiting engineer has fixed the issue (in a ticket) and the time etc...

The Engineers carry iPhones.

Rather than handwriting (like couriers use) we did wonder about a PIN 
type approach too.

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?
