It's not obvious which item in known_hosts is for which destination so I 
tried a simple ssh connection using verbose mode:

# ssh -v username at vttb3.forge.vtiger.com
OpenSSH_5.5p1 Debian-4ubuntu4, OpenSSL 0.9.8o 01 Jun 2010

debug1: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh/ssh_config

ssh: connect to host vttb3.forge.vtiger.com port 22: Connection timed out

I don't think it's a known_hosts issue. Looks more like the ssh daemon 
isn't responding for some reason.

I have tried to login from several different locations on various 
servers, all with the same response.
