[Vtigercrm-developers] non-role-based picklist editor

Hi Adam,

Right now, only role based picklist (uitype 15) are allowed to be
configured through Picklist Editor.

Uitype 16 is mostly reserved either for non-role based picklist or mainly
for cases when you would not want to allow additions to the picklist values
list. Hence the UI component for the same is not provided.

Only way right now, to achieve this, is by directly inserting the value
into respective picklist table.
