Hi Gregory, PHP 5.3 isn't really supported yet. However, there is a set 
of patches which I have tried and they seemed to work just fine. I'm not 
sure they are ready for prime-time just yet but as I said, I tried them 
and they seemed OK.

Please try this out http://forge.vtiger.com/projects/vtexperiment/, or 
alternatively change the PHP version to 5.2.
